My name Shannon, is the derived from the Celtic Goddess, Sionnan, who was known for her self-sacrificing pursuit of wisdom.

Shannon also comes from the word seanchaidh, which means “skilled storyteller" who were carriers of the oral traditions of the Celts, creating, memorizing, sharing, passing on, and putting to song the legends of my ancestors.

Over the last decade I have been reconnecting to my Celtic and Norse ancestral practices, creating a blend of ancient wisdom for the modern need for ceremony and ritual.

I'm new to Human Design, but find it to be a really interesting way of understanding energetics.

In this system, I am a 1/3 Splenic Manifestor. I rely heavily on my intuition to guide me. I am a curious soul who loves to go down esoteric rabbit holes and learn thru life experiences.

Capturing the moment is my favorite mindfulness practices. I notice things thru the camera's lens that I may have missed in real life. I love creating a visual story of my daily life and my travels.

I have traveled to 25+ countries, studied abroad in Europe, taught abroad in Asia.

I enjoyed a camel caravan pilgrimage in India, 

a the divine feminine walking pilgrimage in France, 

and an ancestral pilgrimage in Ireland & Iceland.

I plan to finish walking the Camino de Santiago when I turn 50 and would love to continue pilgrimage journey's across the globe

I find Vedic & Sidereal Astrology fascinating! I love the way the Eastern systems are based on the feminine, lunar understanding of the cosmos.

I am a 200 hour certified trauma-informed Yoga Instructor. I have dabbled in Ayurvedic studies and would love to dive deeper.

I'd also like to deepen my practice by learning how to teach Yin Yoga in the coming years.

I have been using Chinese Astrology as a self-discovery tool for the last decade. I really love the way the animal  archetypes reveal aspects of self in a more objective manner.

I teach the Energetic Enneagram that aligns with the chakras. It's a somatic way of using the system and is closer to the Eastern/Esoteric origins of the tool.

Creating collages is one of my spiritual practices. All the artwork on my site is from my journey of self-discovery. I often incorporate collage and oracle card making into my events as a way of working with one's inner landscape.
